Please note, although we have taken care to ensure all product images are represent the products as best as possible, colours may vary according to the settings on your screen. Where possible, we have used factory colour codes to assist in your colour matching. We have tried to be as accurate as possible in the description and measurements of items, however, if you feel that we have been misleading in any way, please get in touch.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Cut lengths (fabric, interfacing, ribbons ,tapes etc) cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned. As in a shop, once cut, it has to be paid for. If you need to cancel an order that has been placed which contains cut items, we will refund only if the cancellation is made prior to order processing. Please contact us as soon as possible regarding order cancellation.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Currently, I aim to deliver UK orders within three working days. All orders are dispatched with the Royal Mail signed-for service and are fully insured and trackable. Postage is charged at £5.00 for First class or £3.00 Second class.

You will be responsible for paying for your own postal costs for returning your item. We are sorry, but we cannot refund the original delivery costs.
